Google has, or is about to acquire GrandCentral. The news was caught by Michael Arrington on Sunday, but no dollar amounts have been discussed.

GrandCenral is a business that will give you one phone number, for all of your phone for life. Their $6 Million in capital raised led them to beta launch last September with lots of success in the online space, unfortunately the product wasn’t ready, and the bandwagon slowed down earlier this year. However, they have been working hard this year with a mobile release among others.
